Thinspo, pro ana, pro mia
These hash tags honestly break my heart. I’m doing my Abnormal Psychology semester project on eating disorders so i’ve been looking for pictures. Starving yourself is not a diet plan, working out constantly is not a diet plan. These things lead to death, eating disorders have the highest morbidity rate out of all the disorders.
The truth needs to be told, and those of you who are “pro ana” or “pro mia” need to see the consequences. It is not a way to get thin quick, it’s a disease.

How could a bunch of people become obsessed with a guy who killed so many people? being obsessed with his mental illness is no excuse for creating a tumblr page about him. It’s extremely disrespectful to all the victims. Go get a life, yeah?

Chick-Fil-A apprection day.
no. just no. you’re not changing the world by buying a chicken sandwich. sure i get Christian family values, i understand that. but, our highest calling is to love. So we need to start acting like that, making a day to appreciate chicken is not going to help us fulfill our calling from God. He hates all sin equally, no sin is higher in his eyes, not murder, homosexuality or stealing. they are all THE SAME. so we should stop highlighting different sins like they are worse than all the others. Lets get into the Word and refresh our memories on what God says, shall we?
